Dpharmacy vouches for the safety of its customers' personal data that is accessed under the terms set Greek legislation, law Ν.2472/1997. Dpharmacy does not give to any third party, organization or company, any information pertaining to its users and customers.

 

Any user/customer may visit all areas of our website without submitting personal data. Only when accessing an order, Dpharmacy e-shop asks for the information necessary to access the order. Specifically, in order to make shopping easier for our customers, we ask them to create an account when placing an order. The customer is allowed, however, to continue with his order without creating an account. In order to complete the order, the customer has to submit the data necessary for the legal receipt (surname, name, full address, telephone no, etc).

 

For security reasons, crucial personal information from the customer's credit card (card number, cvv2/cvc2, expiration date) is not saved. The payment process is completed through JCC, a service that safeguards the safety of online transactions and of your personal data. Your transactions are secured with 128-bit level SSL encryption, bank-level security.
