SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

SHIPPING METHODS

 

Items marked "IN STOCK" are dispatched by courier within 1-2 working days from the day the order is placed, by courier.     

If an item is not readily available, we will let you know by email or phone call; in cases where an item is not in stock at our pharmacy it may take up to 4 working days before we can ship it. 

Orders are dispatched and delivered on working days, Monday to Friday. 

Your order is confirmed by email; as soon as you have placed your order we send you an order confirmation that includes all the details.

 

GREECE 

Orders over 49,00 € and up to 3 kg in weight are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.

There is a charge of 1€ (+VAT) per extra kilogram. Orders are delivered by courier on the next working day. In the case of remote areas, delivery may take up to 2-3 working days. For orders under 49,00€  the delivery charge is only 2,40 euro. If you wish to pay upon delivery, there is an extra charge of 1,70 euro. 

 

EUROPE

Deliveries abroad are made once orders have been paid for by credit card, through Paypal or by bank transfer. 

Deliveries are made by DHL.

Deliveries within the European Union are made within 1-2 working days from the order date at a charge of 18 euro for orders up to 2 kgs.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are made within 1-3 working days, at a charge of 28 euro for orders up to 2 kgs.

There is a surcharge of 3 euro/kilogram for orders that exceed 2 kgs. 

 

RETURNS

We accept returns of any item, for exchange or refund, within 14 calendar days from the delivery date as proved by the delivery documents of the courier, provided they comply to the terms of our return policy. We reserve the right to reject returns that have not been made according to our return policy. If the terms have not been complied with, we may ask you to pay for the shipment of the returned items we cannot accept, back to you.  

These are the terms that need to be complied with when returning items:

  • Returned items must have been shipped within 14 calendar days from the date they were delivered to you, as shown on the delivery documents of the courier company.
  • Returned items must be in the condition they were received in.
  • Should we have made an error in our delivery, you must inform us by email or phone call within 5 working days of receiving it for us to accept the return. In this case you get a full refund of both the cost of the items and the shipment charge. 
  • If there has been no mistake on our part, we refund only the amount that corresponds to the cost of the items in the order; shipment costs are not refunded.
  • Money is refunded within 30 days from the date we receive the returned items.
  • You must inform us of the Bank details and account number (IBAN) where you wish your refund to be deposited. You must include the receipt with all returned items. 
  • Please contact us by email before returning an order.

Only if a returned item complies with all of the above you can return it to us in order to either exchange it or get a refund. In any other case we reserve the right to refuse the returned order. 

Please keep in mind that we can proceed with a refund if the returned items comply with the terms stated above and are in pristine condition and can be resold.

When you are returning an item that is not faulty and wish to be refunded, the cost of the initial shipment cannot be refunded and will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded. Moreover, when you are returning an item that is not faulty and wish to be refunded, the cost of the return shipment must be paid by you. 

In the case of return shipments, the client takes responsibility for the shipment as Dpharmacy has no way of monitoring the shipment or tracking the package.
